Welcome to our Braddah Kids Team! Here, kids will not only learn skills that pave the way to joining adult classes but also gain confidence that sets them up for a happy and healthy future. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for kids focus on important aspects like balance, posture, coordination, and body awareness. They'll learn essential techniques such as takedowns, passes, and escapes, but rest assured, we prioritize safety by avoiding risky submission holds. Enroll your child today and watch them grow!

#### GI PROGRAM (Ages 6 to 15)

Our GI Program is designed to help kids boost their self-confidence while instilling great values and teaching them the amazing art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—recognized as one of the most effective martial arts! They’ll pick up valuable self-defense skills, learn anti-bullying strategies, and cultivate discipline and focus. Plus, they’ll develop their coordination, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness in a fun, engaging environment. Classes are 45 minutes and tailored by age and skill level.

#### TODDLERS PROGRAM (Ages 3 to 5)

Designed especially for our youngest learners, the Toddlers Program focuses on basic movements and fun exercises that enhance coordination, balance, and motor skills. With a play-based approach, kids will enjoy activities that make learning feel fun and exciting! While we don’t delve into complex techniques just yet, we do introduce foundational concepts of discipline and respect, which are essential in martial arts. These classes last 45 minutes.

#### NO GI PROGRAM

In our No Gi Program, kids wear rash guards and shorts instead of traditional uniforms. This setup encourages the use of different grips and techniques to engage with their opponents in a dynamic way. No-Gi BJJ tends to be faster-paced, making it an exciting choice! This program promotes physical fitness, discipline, respect, and helps build self-confidence—all in 45-minute classes filled with energy and fun!
